Inspired by their origins and how our liquid was first crafted in the early 1800s, The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Illicit Still is a limited edition whisky that has not been chill filtered for an authentic taste.

In 1824, before our founder George Smith licensed his distillery, the remote Glenlivet valley was the perfect location for the illicit scotch whisky trade, with distilleries handcrafting in smaller copper stills in bothies well hidden from the law.

It was there in the isolated valley that George Smith would learn his craft. It yields Ugni Blanc, the light fruity grape specially suited to Hennessy Maison’s double distillation in great copper stills. To ensure the aromas will be both excellent and varied, only eaux-de-vie from the four great crus of the region (Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois) are selected for the privilege of becoming great Hennessy cognacs.

Originally, Jim Mcewan crated this single malt. In addition, he was a distilling legend. He also presented floral and elegant house style. As a result, it has become our signature bottling.

Jim has now retired but the spirit for this definitive Bruichladdich is still made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, and then matured for its entire life, on Islay, by the shores of Loch Indaal.

Each vatting of this classic multi-vintage cuvee is now carefully assembled from a suite of individual casks by our Head Distiller Adam Hannett.

This champagne is a brightly sparkling, light golden yellow liquid with an abundance of fine and elegant bubbles. The nose reveals initial aromas of ripe fresh fruit (white and yellow peaches, apricots), tropical notes (lychee and pineapple). It then opens up with the fragrance of vanilla before developing notes of milky caramel, breadcrumbs and yeast, culminating in aromas of dried fruit and honey. An explosion of freshness in the mouth, followed by strong persistence. The complex aromas of fresh fruit and caramel perpetuate the intensity.

The 24 Year Old Cognac Cask Finish is the new permanent expression exclusive to the Asian market and conveys a luxuriantly rich profile with an opulent character. Minimally matured for 24 years, this exceptionally aged whisky has been crafted by Royal Salute Master Blender Sandy Hyslop.

While Royal Salute was initially created to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation and the 21-gun salute that honoured her, the tradition that informs the brand’s art of whisky blending is not set in stone. Just as the late Queen has modernised the role of the British Royal Family, the brand is firmly engaged with the happenings of today’s world. The Grammy Award-winning French rock band Phoenix.
TATENOKAWA, Inc. and the band released a new project, but this time it isn’t a new record, it is a new sake! This product was produced for Toshiro Kuroda who passed away on February 4th, 2017. He was a great sake expert who devoted good part of his time to introduce sake to the french. Mr. Christian Mazzalai from Phoenix was also inspired by his passion for sake. We appreciate Mr. Kuroda's enlightenment activities for Japanese sake, and we would like to offer our prayers and condolences to him.

Tatenokawa and the band decided to collaborate out of respect and gratitude to Mr. Kuroda who spent many years working hard to promote sake in Europe. Christian says on his social media; “Mr. Kuroda was a great master who taught all the beauties of life which include sake, and is still inspiring us every day.”A portion of sales from the sake will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society to support the progression of medical technology.
